175x Terms & Conditions – A Clear Guide for All Malaysian Players

Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings as described:

• "175x" or "Platform" refers to the 175x.my website along with all services, games, and features made available through it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to an individual who has registered and holds an active account at 175x.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the 175x.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds (in MYR) available in a Member's account for gameplay or withdrawal.

Eligibility & Account Registration

• Not currently subject to insolvency or bankruptcy legal protection.

175x reserves the right to reject any registration application from any individual without providing a reason. Should it be found that a Member provided false information during registration, 175x reserves the right to immediately terminate the account and withhold all available balances, including pending withdrawals, until the investigation is concluded.

It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform 175x is legal in their country of residence. 175x is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a Member's use of the platform in regions that may be subject to certain restrictions.

Identity Verification (KYC)

175x adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our commitment to security and compliance. Members may be required to submit identity verification documents under certain circumstances, including:

• A clear and valid copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad).
• Proof of current residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) dated within the last 3 months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit (if required).
• Screenshots or transaction proof for verification purposes on large withdrawals.

Deposit & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the platform 175x operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Members may make deposits using the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10.
• The maximum daily deposit is subject to limits set by 175x and the chosen payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly not permitted.
• 175x does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond the control of 175x.
• Funds deposited into the account 175x may only be used for gameplay purposes on this platform and cannot be transferred to another Member.

175x reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. Any delays in deposit processing caused by third parties (banks, e-wallets, etc.) are beyond the responsibility of 175x.

Withdrawal of Winnings

Member 175x may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.

• Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by 175x.

Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

All bonuses and promotions offered by 175x is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general rules applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirements specific requirements (typically expressed as a deposit multiplier — for example, ×30 means the bonus must be wagered 30 times before it can be withdrawn).

• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the normal functioning of the platform 175x in any manner whatsoever.
• Sharing or selling account login credentials to any other party.
• Using any third-party software, bots, or automation to play games at 175x.
• Making false claims to the support team regarding transactions or winnings that did not occur.
• Any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.

Account Suspension & Termination

There are two types of account termination at 175x – voluntarily by the Member and mandatorily by 175x.

Voluntary Termination: Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team at 175x. Prior to account closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method. Any unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus.

Mandatory Termination by 175x: 175x reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Member's account under the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions
